Hypnosis is a state of heightened focus and relaxation when your mind becomes more receptive to suggestions … but you are always in control and aware of your surroundings.
Within our therapeutic setting, suggestions will be crafted to help you change unhelpful thought patterns in a beneficial way and when you leave my room you will feel more relaxed than when you came!
Hypnotherapy can be used to help with a myriad of conditions: sleep issues, anxiety, fears and phobias, low motivation, weight management and stress. Who am I?

Until recently, my life revolved around working with children, which I loved. When Covid hit and we had to stay home, I realised how much healthier I was without the frequent illnesses I suffered from working in close contact with kids.This break gave me time to reflect on what I truly wanted for my future.
During this period, I was helping a close young relative who was struggling with mental health issues, which led me to discover the benefits of hypnotherapy. Despite fears of the dyslexia that has plagued me all my life and the thought of returning to education after so many years, I decided to retrain as a clinical hypnotherapist.
I qualified and in the process, discovered new strengths within myself. Stepping out of my comfort zone and confronting my dyslexia was challenging, but was incredibly empowering and is now helping me to help others to make their lives better.
